It’s interesting thinking of this as “unrealistic beauty standards” as though it’s a new thing. We all carry an archetypal imprint of what the ideal “alpha” male and “alpha” female looks like. In the genetic and environmental lottery most of us fall short of this ideal. But we all have a subconscious and innate need to strive to be, or at least represent, the best of ourselves, to make ourselves more desirable and to give ourselves a boost up the pecking order.
First impressions count. Appearances count. Especially when meeting new people for business or pleasure. If the Mirdle can help you present a better first impression… to stall the judgements and allow people to get to know you for who you are and what you really have to offer, then I think it’s a great thing.
